With the costs of administering the increasing numbers of Declarations, especially those from small volume projects (e.g. <5,000m3), it has become necessary to charge an administration fee of £40 on all Declarations. This will allow for more accurate and continued timely processing of Declaration receipts therefore helping to avoiding delays to proposed projects.
The additional charge will be applied to all projects as of 1 October 2016. This means a project proposal of 6,000m3 would accrue a fee of £60 + £40 admin fee giving a total of £100.
Payment options will also change on 1 October; CL:AIRE will no longer accept payment by cheque. Payments options will be BACS, payment by card – via the website or by phone.
