What is the process for renewing CL:AIRE Membership?

To renew either Supporter or Principal Membership, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to www.claire.co.uk
  2. Log in (top right hand corner) with your user name and password
  3. Go to the "Book or Buy" tab on the website
  4. Go to "Membership" and select the type of membership (Principal or Supporter)
  5. Add to Cart
  6. Proceed to Checkout
  7. Billing information for invoice will be displayed (this is the information that is saved on the system relating to your account)
  8. Press Continue
  9. Press Create an Invoice
  10. Continue
  11. Agree to Terms & Conditions
  12. Place Order

Your invoice is available if you hover over "Book or Buy > My Orders" and payment can be made over the phone by credit card or by BACS.
