The Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) has released its new 2024 Design and Build family of contracts. As part of the 2024 update, the contracts incorporate legislative changes and future proofing by including sustainable development and environmental considerations such as discoveries of asbestos, contaminated material and unexploded ordnance.
