The National Brownfield Forum is delighted to be publishing its 2023/24 sector review summary report. The sector review was an online survey open to the brownfield industry and interested parties between August and September 2023. It attracted over 200 respondents from across the public and private sector organisations across the UK. It covered four themes:
- Theme 1 - barriers to brownfield development
- Theme 2 - unlocking the financial barriers to brownfield development
- Theme 3 - regulatory matters and
- Theme 4 - workforce skills shortage.
