The Definition of Waste Code of Practice (DoWCoP) provides a clear, consistent and efficient process which enables the reuse of excavated materials on-site or their movement between sites.

CL:AIRE 20th Anniversary Conference: Innovation, Efficiency & Standards - more than 20 speakers announced and early-bird discount expires on 14 July
A conference to celebrate CL:AIRE's 20th Anniversary is being held in London on 14 November 2019. The Programme contains more than 20 speakers across two lecture theatres running parallel sessions, one focusing on technology and innovation in site investigation and remediation and the other on sustainable soil reuse and the Definition of Waste Code of Practice.
CL:AIRE publishes new Technical Bulletin (TB20) on Natural Source Zone Depletion
CL:AIRE is pleased to announce that a new Technical Bulletin TB20: An Introduction to Natural Source Zone Depletion at LNAPL Sites is now available to download.
‘Natural source zone depletion’ (NSZD) describes the naturally occurring processes that collectively result in the depletion of chemical contaminant mass from a (LNAPL) source zone.
