unskilled "groundworker" which this course is not aimed for.

  • Answer the questions - READ THE QUESTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ANSWERING, all answers are on the slides/videos
  • This course is flexible, you will progress from module 1 to 12 in that sequence, but  you do not have to complete them all in one session.

It is recommended that all the information is read before proceeding with module one. There are 12 modules to complete.

Watch the video of the Microsoft PowerPoint presentation with narration. Both HD and low resolution versions of the video are hosted on YouTube and have been embedded here. Choose the option most suitable to your internet connection.

In addition to the video, a PDF of all the slides is available to print.

Once you have watched the video, tick the box to the right of the activity link to indicate that the activity has been completed. The assessment for this module will now become available.

The next module cannot be accessed until the assessment has been passed. There are 5 questions and the pass mark is 80% (4 out of the 5 must be correct). You will be notified immediately if you have passed the assessment or not.

Once all activities have been completed and passed a personalised PDF certificate will be available to download.

N.B. The certificate can only be accessed a limited number of times, so please make sure it is saved in a safe location prior to closure.
