A group of industry leaders in gas protection verification have developed the idea of a Gas Protection Verification Accreditation Scheme. They have been developing the idea with the support of CL:AIRE over the last 18 months and now they would like to consult more widely with industry on how the proposed scheme could work and gather stakeholder feedback on it. The scheme seeks to raise standards in membrane verification and provide all stakeholders involved in land contamination management with enough confidence that risks associated with ground gases have been adequately managed.
