The Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG) seeks to understand whether Government should update national planning policy and guidance in the future, regarding the demolition and redevelopment or retrofit of buildings.
MHCLG is looking to engage with a cross section of built environment stakeholders, experts and business sectors through a quantitative survey. The survey will cover topics including perceptions towards local and national planning policy, the factors that influence decision-making in planning, and potential changes to national planning policy and guidance.
• It will only take around 10-15 minutes to complete.
• The results will help to improve MHCLG understanding of what types of policy intervention could be needed in national planning policy and guidance.
• Please complete the survey before it closes on 31 October 2024.
