On 21 November 2024 CL:AIRE hosted an evening of celebration, recognition and networking to mark our 25th year.
The evening was a resounding success and it was a real pleasure to bring so many of our members, trustees (previous and current), TRG members, staff and special guests together.
The evening was a wonderful opportunity to catch up with colleagues and friends, but also put faces to names and build a deeper personal connection with the CL:AIRE community. Our mission of “Advancing knowledge, standards, and solutions in sustainable land reuse” was very well supported in the room.
During the evening special recognition awards were given out to five people who have gone above and beyond, supporting CL:AIRE and the wider industry in meeting our charitable aims and objectives. The winners shown below are (from left to right): Stephen Forster, Simon Firth, Jonathan Smith, Frank Evans and Paul Bardos.

We also recognised that Nicola Harries has worked at CL:AIRE since inception in 1999, and a very well-deserved token of thanks was gifted to Nicola for her dedication in helping build and develop CL:AIRE, particularly through her networking in industry and in her industry secretariat roles.
