The draft revised National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) consultation has been released, further details are available by following this link.
It incorporates policy proposals in the Housing White Paper and the Planning for the right homes in the right places consultation from last year. Land contamination features in a very similar way to the current NPPF.
Alongside the NPPF consultation documents, there are the draft planning practice guidance on viability and the housing delivery test measurement rule book.
Closing Date for responses to the consultation is: May 10th 2018.
