- The title of the referenced document does not seem to be relevant to the question.
Recommendation: If the title of the document differs from the question, for instance, Risk Assessment, Remediation Strategy, Design Statement, or Verification Plan, please ensure that before submitting the Declaration, you provide a statement confirming that the document referenced meets the topic in question.
- The key contact provided in the “Local Authorities / Regulators” section is no longer up to date.
Recommendation: For long-running and multi-Declaration projects, please remind the Project team / the MMP author to ensure that all contact details must be updated in the MMP throughout the duration of the project, including the contact details for the local authority and area EA / NRW officer.
