RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) has recently published a guidance note titled "Environmental Risks and Global Risk Estate" in November 2018. This guidance is aimed principally at the land and property acquisition, disposal and asset management stages of the property life cycle.
It aims to provide guidance to chartered surveyors who are not specialists in environmental considerations and management, or in the preparation of environmental reports, including Land Quality Statements and Environmental Screening Reports. The guidance can be downloaded for free here and is linked on CL:AIRE WALL here.
